Galaxy WatchHow did you try to report it? On the phone, or by sending feedback and submitting your device logs?
If your animations are slow and you just had an update to OneUI8 on the watch, I suggest you clear your watch's cache partition before attempting to report any errors.

Galaxy WatchIf they did not get your complete log it may be because you closed the Members app before the upload was completed. Also, in your error report, you have to select "accessory" so they know to look for the embedded accessory log. Submit your report again, and submit the logs, and make sure you do not close the members app until you get the notification that says "thank you for uploading your log report", or similar wording. When you upload the report, you should see a notification with the Samsung Members icon - the first notification says do not close the app til the log finishes uploading - then it will change (you may not see/feel/hear a separate notification) to "thank you". Until you see the thank you, you cannot close the app. Which generally means, do not do anything else with the phone while the log is uploading - shouldn't take more than 2-3 minutes, maximum. You will then also have a copy of the log on your phone. It is also best to submit the log immediately after you encounter the error, so it doesn't get overwritten by other data.
What animations are slow? Can you describe the issue? I'm unaware of the watch having a whole lot of animations. Which watch do you have 4, 5 6, 7 or 8?

Galaxy WatchI don't know, it looks to me like normal reaction time. I was expecting truly slow motion or a delay. I don't detect any. When you submit an error report, in addition to the logs, you can also attach a photo, video or any other file by tapping the paper clip icon at the top.
