Galaxy WatchHey all,
I just got the new galaxy S24. Got everything up and running, but now I needed to connect my watch from my old phone to the new one.
The only problem is that when I want to make a back up through the wear app, it stays at "preparing backup". Although it also says no data for backup available after a while... I've tried to delete my old backup, but it says there is no backup to delete.
Does anybody know how to fix this? I don't wanna lose all my stuff? 😅

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with getting the error when trying to back up your watch. In order to better assist you what type of watch are you experiencing this symptom with?
