Well I discovered this morning that my ultra turned off health sharing all by itself when I checked my sleep data from last night and my phone did not display anything.  I checked my watch and the data was present but not being sent to my phone.

Well I decided to check the health settings on my watch and that's when I discovered that sharing was turned off.  I never turn off sharing and both of my watches have the same settings.  Not sure what happened here but it looks like Samsung has a bug in their firmware that needs to be addressed.

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand the frustration of the watch not fully sharing the data with the phone. We appreciate you providing all the steps you have tried in getting the watches to correctly sync with the health app on the phone.

We recommend reaching out to the Samsung Health team for additional assistance, as they may be able to provide some insight as to what is occurring. They may be reached by calling 1-855-795-0509.

We also recommend submitting an error report to provide data logs to the app developers. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692

Okay I switched watches and my other ultra also sees my sleep data but the phone app doesn't register it and although it syncs all other health data it cannot sync sleep data.  The app recently updated so there must be a bug in it.  Also the share data keeps turning itself off on both watches when I keep it on.  If I turn it back on it will turn itself off.

Samsung you have a bug in the latest release of the health app so please fix it.

Single S23U and two ultras.  I wore the silver one tonight after making sure data sharing was turned on and it reported to the app normally.

You have to remove the watch you're using thru the watch app off the phone you're not longer using. That might be the issue.

@kimberleigh No you shouldn't have to remove unused watches. I have had 3 watches on my phone so I could switch back and forth between them. All Health data was reported correctly.

Tonight I tried swapping back to the grey ultra and it seemed to have trouble connecting to BT so I tried turning it off then back on along with rebooting.  If I see it again I'm going to reset the watch and restore.

Everything worked fine before the health app update so IDK but my silver ultra works fine.

FWIW you can have as many watches paired to your phone as it will allow.  You have to use the wear app to switch between them if more than one is on at the same time.  Right now I only have the two ultras but am considering getting the white one.

Last night I wore the silver ultra and it only partially synced with the phone.  There is something wrong with the updated app as my watches are capturing my sleep data.  I've already reset the cache and cleared the data and tried uninstalling it on the phone.
