Galaxy WatchHi! Just got my Galaxy Watch yesterday. And already today it stopped counting steps. It counted a little and then all together quit. I reset it multiple times and after the third time it counted 50 steps and quit again. Any one else is having this issue?

Galaxy WatchI just got off a chat with support and the rep said there are no known issues with the watch! They will supposedly report it. I am going to attempt to exchange for another one but I don't have high hopes.

Galaxy WatchHow can there be "no known issues" when these threads are on THEIR support forum!

- From the Apps screen, touch Samsung Health.
- Rotate the bezel to and touch Settings.
- Touch Workout detection.
- Touch the switch to turn Off the Elliptical trainer and Rowing machine. (The icon will turn gray when the function is turned off.)

Galaxy Watch
The pedometer and heart rate sensor may not work properly on some Gears with a specific software version. The issue will be resolved by a Software update. For a temporary solution, reboot the Gear when the problem is detected, and then disable the Elliptical trainer and Rowing machine setting.
Note: Use the paired phone to check for Software updates via the Samsung Gear app for the Gear.
From the Watch screen, press the Power button.
Touch Settings.
Touch Workout detection.
Touch the toggle to turn the Elliptical trainer and Rowing machine Off.
Note: The icon will turn gray when the function is turned off.
