Unfortunately, Samsung's Health app is too cluttered and want to go back to Garmin. I honestly tried to stick with Sammy, almost a year, but find all these suggestions and noise isn't the way to go
How do I pull all data from Samsung and get it over to Garmin? Yes, a 3rd party I'll take. Samsung should have never stopped sharing with Garmin (yet the service to Strava wasn't removed)...

Unfortunately, it's a process - unless you just want a clean start. You would still have your Samsung data for historical reference.
