My watch 7 hasn't been holding it's charge ever since the latest update. I've turned on power saving more, lowered the brightness, all sorts of things rendering the watch almost useless (it only lasts 4 hours) as a smart watch. I can't even use the sleep or energy score with it because it doesn't last through the night. Is there something wrong with it that I can fix? How can I make a single charge last?
Have you run a diagnostic on it? Diagnostics can be found in your device care settings or the support tab of the members app. If the disgnostics are good, reset the watch.
