Measuring Blood O2 saturation on Galaxy Watch 7

I have a Galaxy Watch 7. Shouldn't I be able to measure my blood O2 saturation as a standalone function? I can get a nightly minimum % when I check the sleep function, but there appears to be no way to make an independent measurement. TIA.

Did they leave that off the watch 7? I can do it on my watch 4. Swipe up to the apps screen, go to the Samsung health app, open it and scroll to blood oxygen. If you tap it, you can do a manual measurement. You can also add a watch tile. Of course, as I said, this is available on the watch 4, but maybe not on the 7, although I cannot fathom why they would leave it out since it's *supposed* to be the superior watch.

I went through 72 pages on realaud's very helpful post but could not find a reply that explained how to access the stand alone Blood  O2 saturation function.

72 pages? I am assuming that your are in the US and have a US Galaxy Watch 7.

On your Watch 7, swipe left until you get to the O2 screen. It is probably the first screen you will get to. Press the Measure button.
