Approximately 3 months ago I stopped sleep tracking in Samsung Health largely because I was tired of reading inaccurate and annoying Insight Cards critiquing my supposed sleep habits. I have spoken with Samsung software support, written (multiple) feedback responses to Samsung, and made several posts and comments regarding the inability to turn off these Insight Cards within Samsung Health. Part of the problem now is that at least once a week sleep tracking spontaneously starts up and I have to edit the Samsung Health home page to get rid of sleep tracking. This often happens when I give a "thumbs down" to the Insight Card.
I got a lot of happy talk from software support, and in reply to my phone calls and multiple feedbacks. (It appears that they have ~3 different canned responses to feedback.) From what I read here, though, I am not the only one who finds the Insight Cards annoying and useless.
All that said, is there another app I can use that will directly utilize Galaxy watch data and give me the basics? I suspect that Health Platform may need to be leveraged.
