I am trying to switch my watch from my left wrist to my right wrist. However I do not see in general settings (or anywhere in any of the settings) orientation to switch the orientation of the watch. Any advice or information would be appreciated! Thank you all!!

If you do not see this option I recommend backing up ur watch data and resetting to the factory settings.

Why do you need to indicate orientation of your watch? Does it hinder your usability if orientation is not set?

I also have Galaxy Watch (2018) and for me there is no need for orientation as the watch buttons won't change if the watch I worn on left or right hand. Oh and there is no setting for it.
