Health Notifications on Watch 8

I'm having a problem with health app notifications showing up on my Watch 8. Sometimes they show up on the watch, sometimes they don't. When the alerts do show up on the watch they are sometimes accompanied by the alert sound and vibration, sometimes just vibration.

The issue occurs ramdomly.

My Notification Settings

App Notifications for my Watch 8 set to Always show on both. 

Samsung Health is selected in App Notifications > Phone Apps

Is anyone else having this or know how to fix it?

I have the watch 8 ultra and haven't had any problems. Did you try to do a factory reset and readding it to the phone. Try it. It might help with the issue.

Thanks for the tip. Yes, I did try that but it didn't seem to help.
