After the update on 01/05/2026 my watch stop getting notifications and I kept getting missed calls. I check the watch settings and it shows that it is only good for calls. How can I fix this?

@Tech80 Your screenshot is correct. It never shows anything else on that screen.

BTW, any notifications that you silence on the phone will not be notified on the watch.

Also, try this:

  1. Open the Wearable app
  2. Click on Watch settings
  3. Click on Notifications
  4. Under App notifications, change the setting to "Always show on both"

If I remember correctly, it used to say "for calls, messages," and other things. I checked my notifications settings and they are correct but I don't get any notifications on my watch.

In the Wearable app -> watch settings -> Notifications, click on Help with Notifications. It may give you some insight.

That is normal. Watches are only connected for calls - this allows calls to come through the watch even it it's not an LTE watch. Notifications only come to the watch if you selected them to do so. With the new update, you may have to change the selection of the way notifications come to the watch and phone. The current choices are Smart device selection - which will send notifications only to your phone if the screen is on, even if you are wearing your watch; or always show on both - which, as it says, will show the notifications on both devices.
