I click on "Sleep Apnea" on my US Galaxy 7 Ultra watch.
It asks me to download the Health Monitor. After downloading it, it opens the app and points to blood pressure. There are only two tabs, blood pressure and ECG, and sleep apnea is missing.
I am currently traveling in Asia, and I wonder if I somehow got an Asian version of the App (The terms opens up a pdf file in Chinese)?
How can I get the correct version of the Health Monitor that has sleep apnea and ECG??

If you downloaded the app in Asia, you did most likely get to the Asian Galaxy store and downloaded the Asian version.  Whenever I travel internationally, I use a VPN with a U.S. IP address so that I can access the U.S. versions of websites and reach certain of my services that cannot be reached outside of the U.S.

I would uninstall the app, and utilize a VPN to access the store and download the correct version of the app.  Try downloading Secure VPN from the Play store. The free version will do what  you need it to do.

Also, I hope you realize that the sleep apnea feature is only a short use diagnostic tool, not something that gets utilized full time.  But, hey, at least you got blood pressure.

I actually already tried it with a VPN:
I deleted Samsung Health and Health Monitor and set the VPN to a California IP before I downloaded again.

However, it appears that I still got the Chinese version because I only have Blood pressure and ECG, but not sleep apnea.
WRT to blood pressure, I get a message that my watch doesn't support it.

It should have worked, but if you will be back home soon, I suggest you wait until then to download it. If you are going to try again from where you are, I would uninstall the current app, power down the phone, clear the cache partition, reboot, turn location off (on both the watch and phone), turn on the VPN, make sure you are on Wi-Fi before trying again.

When I was in poland the same thing happened to me. As soon as I got back to the US, it worked just fine.
