Hello!

I'm having an issue with some metrics not writing to health connect. The three I've noticed so far are hrv, breathing rate, and resting hr. My Fitbit wrote these to health connect no issue but Samsung health doesn't seem to. the other metrics are syncing fine.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the importance of having our health stats available on your device. As you are using a non-Samsung phone and using a third-party app, there isn't much information we will have available. I would recommend reaching out to Health connect directly to see if that's a stat their app is able to record from the Samsung Health app.

@basilwolf7 I'm not seeing any issue. Which watch and which phone are you using?

I have the G7 watch and a pixel 6 phone. It doesn't look like there is an option for those stats in health connect at all.

@basilwolf7 I thought you might be using a non-Samsung watch. Sorry, I have no idea if that information is available for a Pixel.

I can see it in Samsung health, so I know it's not a watch to phone compatibility issue. it's the SHealth to health connect that is the problem.

Based on that info, I would recommend using Samsung Health.

That's not a solution to my problem. I need the data in health connect so I can access it in my record keeping app.
