Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out, userXV0r2FSLVY. I can certainly understand your concern with your IFIT treadmill not syncing/pairing with your Galaxy Watch 7. Samsung Galaxy WatchⓇ users can now pair¹ their watch with iFIT-enabled machines², including NordicTrack and ProForm, to unlock live heart rate training, smarter metrics, and a fully connected workout experience. Give this link a try for Samsung Galaxy Watch Compatibility steps: https://www.ifit.com/blog/level-up-your-workouts-ifit-samsung-galaxy-watch
If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps in that link I would recommend submitting an error report, reaching out to our Samsung Health team directly, and contacting IFIT directly using these links:

Galaxy WatchMine worked the first time I installed the app on my Galaxy Watch Ultra, but has not worked since. Each time I open it, I receive the message "Start a workout on machine". When I start a workout, it changes to "Looks like you are working out, press CONNECT". I press the connect button repeatedly, but nothing happens. I have tried restarting the watch, uninstalling and reinstalling the app from my phone and watch, and ensuring all three are on the same wifi network. Nothing works and I have all but given up on trying to make it work.
