Hello,

Can anyone please tell me what the green light on the back of my watch is for? It is not for HR because that light is red. The green light comes on for no apparent reason. It sometimes flashes & sometimes is solid. It doesn't stay on long, maybe 5 mins at the most. But it is very bright & bothers my wife and me  when it comes on at night. How can I disable it?

Thank you

@Seamaster The red light is for SPo2 (Blood oxygen saturation) monitoring and green light is for Heart Rate monitoring.

Can't be. Have disabled all HR functions.

@Seamaster Is your watch on the charger/stand or on your arm? I'm really surprised you can see the light if it is on your arm. That has never bothered myself nor my wife.

I think the green light is also used for wrist detection. If your watch is so loose that the light is visible, the watch may be frequently checking to see if it is on your wrist.

Even if you've disabled the HR feature, they still use the sensor to detect if you're wearing the watch. It cannot be disabled
