Galaxy Watch 7/Ultra resetting

The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. 😡

It's been happening to me and several others since the January update. Just forced me to reset again a minute ago. Very frustrating and no fix or even acknowledgement from Samsung of this issue.

This happens almost daily and I'm sick of it!! I'm regretting getting rid of my iPhone and Apple watch to get the S25 because of the issues in having with my galaxy watch7.

I was thinking of trading in my s24 Ultra, I place an order before they were available, to the s25 Ultra, but comparing them, the only difference is camera lenses.... Everything seems the same...

I heard it was because of the life 360 app. Are you guys using it?

it is?? I don't wanna delete it because my family is still on it and my mom still worries about me even though I'm in college haha

Having been using it for years without any problems. All my phones have been from Samsung, except for one Apple iPhone. My family kept track on me when I traveled to European and Asian countries....I don't think it's the Life360 app, they are trying to scapegoat this app!

Samsung messed up badly is what happened. Also, don't be surprised if you can't find this thread again at some point. They're merging all these disconnect threads together to try and make it not look as severe and issue as it is. Hopefully you will see this post as many posys complaining and advising of how they keep trying to hide this issue, get deleted.
