The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. šŸ˜”

I did just do an update the other day. Hopefully that fixes it. I am using a Samsung as well. This has been going on for awhile now. Just wondering if anyone else were experiencing something like this

Hmmm, for the first time my phone is NOT a Samsung so I figured that was my issue, a Samsung watch and a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL but since I did that update the other day on both devices everything seems to be okay now. Who knows, just hope it stays that way. šŸ™

Ive been having these issues. I have the ultra watch and S25 ultra phone and im having these issues. I have reset my watch yet it still shows up about a day after the reset. It asks me to reset to factory over and over.šŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€:male_sign:

This is really annoying and I can't find a solution. Every other time I charge my watch, I get a disconnected notification on my watch saying I need to disconnect and reset to pair my watch again. This only started happening after I used smart switch from my s24 ultra to my new s25 ultra. I keep seeing other people have the same issue but no response from Samsung. It's really annoying to reset the watch ever week and adjust my settings and apps and stuff. Really thinking of just quitting on it. This has been happening for two months already (since the s25 ultra came out).

Check the forum. You're not alone. Many of us are on our 6th/7th time dealing with this. Lots of possible fixes, tried them all and none of them worked.

Anyway, this is from the other thread posting what the development team said:

I saw this, tried it, and still had it happen.

Send an error report, maybe it will hurry them up on a patch. It will also let them know their "solution" did not work.
