Galaxy watch 7 Design Flaw

Raised Bezel easily scratches.  My watch after 2 weeks in pic below. From Reddit site pic of bezel from other user. Samsung refuses to fix for free calling it Impact Damage. $150. I send it to repair and refused charge.

Stop banging your arm into things.  I have my watch 4 for over 2 years, wear it every day and even bang it occasionally (I do not have a screen protector) and I have not a single scratch on it.  Not on the surface or on the edges.  Even if I did, unless the screen was cracked and affecting use, I wouldn't have had it repaired.  They do make protectors for it.  They have ones that just cover the face and others that are complete enclosures for the face and bezel. Perhaps you should get one to avoid further damage.

I had the watch 4 as well with no issues, but the watch 7 definitely has a design flaw as I've only had it for 2 months and already have several chips similar to the pic above.

Yes, certainly a design flaw. My watch 6 classic gets banged into metal at least once a week and not a scratch.

Uh, yeah, it was an example. Newer versions should be better, not more fragile.

Thanks for sharing this flaw. Buying a guard from Spigen in like two minutes thks again.
