Galaxy watch 3 watch faces

I'm wanting to change the watch face on my galaxy watch 3, but when I open the galaxy store, it says no apps. Is my watch outdated? And I checked the software and says it's up to date

I don't like that you can see the outcomes of your workout but not the time without stopping the mode and starting it again. Silly.
