I'm not sure if this is my device, but with the last May update, Samsung removed the ability to transfer my watch between phones. I checked the general settings in the wearable app and on the watch.I checked the "About" section on the wearable app and on the watch. The transfer option is missing.

I even attempted to use Smart Switch to transfer my watch, but the watch refused. Samsung, please fix this ASAP.

Just wiped the cache, still the same.... imma just wait for an update. I dont really want to go through a resetting. Then I have to re-download all my apps and watch faces which is a pain.

Just restore your backup. That's the reason the watch backs up automatically.

Always worked for me, even when switching watches. Only thing that didn't restore were watch faces not available for the new model.

Put in an error report - they are only going to tell you to reset your watch anyway.

Mine tries. Sometimes works but if it gets confused I have to reset and restore from backup.

Noticed mine has the same issue no transfer to new watch after May update. I've already restarted the watch and cleared cache same issue.
