Watch Faces didn't transfer between the watch 4 classic and watch 8 classic

I recently upgraded my watch from Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic to Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, and behold, ALL the watch faces that I paid for or downloaded on the old watch are gone, despite backing up the old watch BEFORE transferring the data/apps to the new watch. I need help!!

If they didn't populate from your backup, they are not supported on your new watch.

Sorry this happened to you.

It is up to the developer of said watch faces to update them for each generation of watches.

Thanks for your feedback. It was so helpful. I guess I have to stick to only free versions of the watch faces to avoid the losses that I encountered by upgrading my watch. I wish that I had this fact before now. THANK YOU!!

It doesn't bother me that much, what are they less than $2 each.

If you got a couple of years out of them, what does it cost, 50 cents a year. Peanuts.
