Galaxy Watch 7/Ultra resetting

The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. 😡

I have had absolutely no problems with my Watch Ultra since the January update. Quite the opposite, battery life is much improved.

When I transfered from my S24U to S25U that was seamless. Working perfectly.

About a week or so ago, my watch ultra reset itself twice within the same 24 hour period. This, after being flawless since the release date.

Both times I configured it as new watch, rather than restoring the backup, in case the existing configuration was part of the problem.

After that second spontaneous reset in the same day, it now appears to be operating correctly again.

The Ultra is such a hot mess. The occasional notification to reset the device is a major fail.

this is ridiculous. So many users, myself included are having this issue. It has something to do with charging the watch because every time I charge my watch and come back there is a chance that it completely forgets my phone. It somehow erases itself from my phones Bluetooth device history as well. Samsung needs to step up and fix this issue. This is the 3rd time I have had to reset it.

Just had this happen to me again, I'm got to try this to see if this works! I'm going to turn my watch off every time I get out of bes and put it on the charger, I'm thinking this might be a stop gap method for now until samsung fixes this, but I have no idea!

Having the same issue. This is the third time I've had at random the disconnect and reset device issue. Phone is S24 Ultra, watch is Galaxy watch ultra, up to date on all updates. Very annoying.

Adding to the mess that is my new S25 Ultra and Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra.  Very bad experience with this combo, however this did not occur with my S24+.  So, is it the new One UI on the S25...probably. That's the only new variable in my case, although I see others are having problems with older S models.  Hopefully Samsung support is reading these posts. Kinda makes me wish I bought Garmin to use on the S25 Ultra.
