Hi all, I just recently updated my watch 6 classic with the new update... im noticing that when I turn on my do not disturb icon on my watch it stays on for 5 seconds then turns back off . I've tried reboot and can only have this feature turned on by my phone. Is there a fix for this or is anyone having this same issue? Thanks
It may well be an issue with the update. Assuming you did the usual maintenance (clearing the watch cache) and troubleshooting with no result, the only thing left to do is put in an error report. It's best to put in the error report within 15 minutes of the do not disturb action, so the information will still be contained in the logs.
Error reporting is accessible either through the device care settings on your phone or through the support tab of the members app. Follow the "send feedback" link. Again, send the report within 15 minutes of the error.
The Do Not Disturb doesn't stay on. I turn it on and it stays for a few seconds and then goes off. What do I need to do to get this to work correctly again?
I am having the exact same issue. I switch on the DND on the watch and I can see that the DND icon shows up on the top bar on the phone but few seconds later it deactivates. I started having the issue after the update, which was prompted few days ago.
I reported it, finger crossed, samsung address it promptly.
Same problem I am having. I have s24 and galaxy watch 7. When turning on DND from the watch it turns on for both the watch and phone for a few seconds and then turns off. Very annoying.
I've had exactly the same issue with my galaxy watch 6 classic. Phone is S24+. The issue only started happening since the latest watch update to oneui 8. I've submitted an error report and referenced this thread.
