Hi all, I just recently updated my watch 6 classic with the new update... im noticing that when I turn on my do not disturb icon on my watch it stays on for 5 seconds then turns back off . I've tried reboot and can only have this feature turned on by my phone. Is there a fix for this or is anyone having this same issue? Thanks

Galaxy WatchHave you checked the status of your report? It will either say closed or under review. If it is still under review, they are still working on it, or have you in queue to get around to working on it. I'm pretty sure any single one of us who put in a report are a) not the only ones in line and b) not the first in line for a fix. Different issues have different priorities, and the issues with the most reports gets the lion's share of attention. Quick fixes for an individual usually get answered and closed rather quickly. Even with a major issue, such as this dnd issue, it will take a while to go through all the logs submitted, find a common element that may be causing it and create a fix. Many fixes are not as simple as people seem to think they are. Even if they identified the issue and know how to fix it, they have to generate and insert a code string that will not break other features.

Galaxy WatchSorry. Even though I've been casually following this thread, I do not have every post memorized, so I didn't see you were answering a question. It just looked like you were adding your voice to the complaints and was expecting an expedient fix or response to your error report. Unlike the app, the website does not apply a user tag to responses, so it's hard to tell sometimes whether a comment is a response to someone in particular, or just another echo in the canyon, especially in a long thread.

Galaxy WatchHi all, looks like if you set DND to ask every time how long it should stay, the DND stays on. When I set it to automatic "until deactivation", it stays on for 5 seconds only.
