I see this is the first time you're posting in Community! Welcome to our Community! This is an excellent question. In general, electronics have an optimal temperature at which they perform. This article will provide additional information regarding factors that can affect the temperature of the watch.

It is recommended to not place the watch in situations with extreme temperatures cold or hot as this could affect the optimal temperature of the watch.
