@ducsurfer Samsung isn't pushing Wear OS to the existing watches. They will remain on Tizen.

No watch prior to the Watch 4 series will get Wear OS 3.
The chipsets were not designed for it.

When will this misinformation stop? Bought my watch 3 last year ECG did not work until last night after updates finally were pushed out. With the annoucement of Wear OS 3 we idiots that bought a watch with expectation functions like ECG and BP were ready this Wear OS 3 is just another disappointment. Whats the saying: Fool me once.....

No blood glucose hardware as rumored, confirmed by tomsguide.com, absolutely NO reason the update, BIA is use my scale - annoyed samsung customer still

I've has the ECG feature on the watch 3 since last year. Strange that you just got it.
