Galaxy WatchPreviously when I started a workout such as Walk, Pool Swim, or Circuit Training, it would remain open on the watch face until I ended it or intentionally dismissed it using the Home button.
Also, if I did switch from the active workout back to the Home screen, there would be a little green person icon in the bottom center of the watch indicating that a workout was active and I could press it to re-open.
After updating to One UI 6, both of the above features are broken.
When I start a workout the workout minimizes by itself after some time. For pool swims where you can't manipulate the screen until disabling the water lock this is very annoying. I used to be able to monitor my swim times, but now I cannot. It really decreases the value of the watch.
Secondly, the little green person icon at the bottom is no longer there. This means there can be a workout session active but you will not know. This is misleading. There should be some affordance that a workout is in progress as this likely consumes extra battery life.

Galaxy WatchYup-pia. Can only come back to the screen and that is even lame. I set my home button to double press back to last used app just to bring it up. I want to glance at my watch and see where things are as they were and not have to swipe, press, shake, lift, jack up and down or anything. AOD doesn't help and I never used it anyway and it was just fine. Guess the people designing programs don't workout...
