Go to your notication center >>look for the airplane icon >> click it. If you somewhat can't access it: Settings >> Wifi & Connections >> Airplane Mode (click on the switch to turn off). Airplane mode is made for the planes. It helps so that the Airplane pilot wont get communication errors on other airports (ATC).
