Just wanted to say that I see this update available on my unlocked S25 a few days *after* I got it on my unlocked Z Flip 3 (no nano-SIM card; transferred to my S25 in October) that is a WiFi-only phone that is in Airplane mode all the time these days.
The Z Flip 3 could have only got the security update from Samsung, and it got it just a little bit earlier than my S25 on my carrier's 5G cellular network, FWIW.
