Unable to uninstall an app, "card game"

An app loaded automatically on my phone, card games. I want to uninstall, but I can't navigate from the card game to my home page.

I don't know how to do that. I suppose power OFF rthe ON. I don't know how

Pull down from the top right of your screen. Tap the power icon. There's a restart option.

Open the app, hold the app icon while in the recent app list does it say disable or uninstall anywhere
