Galaxy S25Does the device show that there is a storage device connected in the port whe looking at the file manager?
If "Developer options" is not available when opening the "Settings" app and going to the bottom, then open "Software information", then click on "Build number" 7 times to open developer option.
Go into developer options, then in the "Debugging section", toggle on "USB debugging". Then scroll to the "Networking" section and click on "Default USB configuration". Then select the radio button "Transferring files" and see how that works.

Galaxy S25If a PC is available, remove the storage USB device after powering down the phone. Then try connecting the phone to that, then see if it shows up there and can see the device files. If it does, transfers the files etc to the PC in a created folder.
Then disconnect the phone & connect the USB to the PC. Most newer PCs having USB C ports. If not a USB A to C adapter will be needed.
If the storage device shows its files, it may be a beta issue. If that is the case, then when going into the beta section in the Members app, open the "Beta feedback", describe the issue, when it started etc, provide screenshots etc if possible & send it. Wait for it to complete.
If the USB is not seen nor cannot be accessed on the PC, the the USB device may be corrupted & no longer usable. That can happen simply by connecting the USB to the phone & then removing it before either unmounting it or powering off the device to then remove it.

Galaxy S25@Eric85 Are you and your mom both using the Beta on your S25 ultras? If so, you should report the issue from each phone using the Members app -> Support -> Feedback.
