Galaxy S25I ordered a Samsung S25 Ultra Flipsuit Case on 11 Nov 2025 and received it on 19 Nov 2025.
The moment I tried to fix it on my phone; the fitting was completely wrong — my mobile literally comes out of the case. Clearly a defective product.
So I contacted Samsung Support and raised a complaint.
I clearly explained the issue and asked for a refund.
They told me it would be resolved within 24–48 hours.
After waiting a day, I got an email from the backend team rejecting my refund — without even verifying the product!
They didn’t check anything, didn’t inspect the case, and simply closed the ticket.
I called again, and support told me to raise another ticket and again wait 24–48 hours.
This is going in circles.
I have a valid return policy, but the backend team is refusing to accept the return without any reason.
This is honestly very disappointing and unprofessional from Samsung.
I’m attaching screenshots for reference.
I just want a proper resolution — refund the product you sold with a fitting defect.
@SamsungIndia, @SamsungSupport— please take this seriously.
