Went from Galaxy S9 to S25. I was able to get my Gmail accounts on my phone but my Hotmail is a problem. Have tried but Microsoft says login but when I do it says wrong, now I'm locked. Any help would become appreciated, I need my email so I can get codes and stuff since I have to download apps one at a time now since they didn't transfer over.
Start from the beginning. Use the "forgot username" button to check that you have the right username. Then try resetting your password or going through the need help section(if it's available).
If you're having trouble downloading apps try going into the play store>tap profile icon>manage apps and devices>manage>click drop down>select not installed. Unfortunately, this only helps if you were logged into your playstore account on your previous device.
