Why is my Samsung store and galaxy themes not loading?

When I open the app it is blank with no images. I already tried switching to light mode but it doesn't work. Any help?

Not sure if this will help you,but when I have a app acting weird, I restart my phone and generally repairs that.

Did you try to clear cache in the offending app?

A restart will not clear the cache in an app.

I cleared the cache and data in both themes and the store

All I can say is submit an error report at this point. Open the Store take screenshots of the problem and within 15 minutes submit the report. You can find it in send feedback in the support tab. Choose apps and settings, frequency, often the n describe the situation as best you can.
