Why did Samsung stop making S25 Ultra Phones with 1TB Storage capacity?

I am looking to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, from my current S23 (Ultra).

I want the Galaxy S25 Ultra to have 1TB storage capacity. Why are Galaxy S25 Ultra phones, with 1TB storage capacity, so hard to find?
