Hi as a advid software developer, i always wany to increase efficiency with my device and equipment. Why cant i have more developer options or advanced to down throttle processing power so i can save battery for days without charging?

I mean, you have these. But if you want more control like parking CPU cores and decreasing clock speeds, that's a bit much. Most people who use Samsung phones don't know anything about this, Samsung is pretty much the face of Android (at least in the US). It's pointless for Samsung to add this. It could be added in Good Lock, but highly unlikely, or developer options by Google, still unlikely.

I was thinking ability to limit to like 50% and other options like 30%. If processing was micro controlled. How about % cooling by quantitative value or commited resources or even a heavy performance profile setting where i can see another layer or attributes maxed?

Because by doing so would give the user more control over their device. Samsung dont want that.

Well that depends on your bootloader, if its locked then no, but if its unlocked then yes but we of course cant discuss that here. I would recommend to hop on XDA and inquire more there.🖖🏻
