Why does my S24 Ultra give me a period when I need a comma? These buttons are far apart, separated by the space bar.
I'm frustrated as I see it immediately as it creates a Cap for the 1st letter of my next sentence. Can anyone tell me who to contact or is this an item that'll never get addressed.

@Action77 If you long press the period key, you will get a comma. Try it. Long press on the period and a pop up menu will show you which characters you can change it to. Comma is one of those characters and is the default if you long press the period key.
LongHiker, Thank You so so very much. I checked it out prior to this reply. I see pull down menus on both the comma and the period button. All I know is that You DIRECT ASSISTANCE was exactly what I sought.

You could always download a third party keyboard like SwiftKey, too. Has dedicated separate comma and period buttons. I've used it on every Samsung for many years.
I thank You AndrewJSev. I will download SwiftKey. You and LongHiker have made my time flow effortlessly. These things you've both shown me are somethings that I'll recommend Samsung users utilize the Members support team option.
