Galaxy S25Hi.
So yeah, which one is truly best.
Basic charges to 100%, then let's it drop to 95\ before charging to 100% again. This honestly seems the best to me - doesn't really seem to be a negative?
Adaptive sounds great, but while the phone takes an eternity to learn your sleeping habits, it charges to 100% and holds it there. This seems bad.
Can you leave it in Basic while it learns your habits?
Maximum is probably the "healthiest", but I'm not losing 20% of my battery so that's ou.

Galaxy S25I think this is what I'll do going forward.
Does it learn sleeping habits no matter what? Even in basic charging?

Galaxy S25If you don't want to lose 20%, move the slider to 85%, 90% or whatever you are comfortable with up to 95%
