I bought my S25 ULTRA at BestBuy Unlocked and im in T-Mobile can it be eligible for the beta program

You can be eligible if the slots haven't filled up.  If the slots are filled up, or your phone is not eligible, you will see no betas available when you click the banner.

You can only download UI 8.5 Beta if you have a S25 from T-mobile or you purchased a Factory Unlocked U1 Model.  

Open the Members app and click on discover at the bottom and scroll down to the beta section to see if a beta is available.

Solo puedes descargar la versión beta de UI 8.5 si tienes un S25 de T-Mobile o si compraste un modelo U1 desbloqueado de fábrica.

Abre la aplicación Members, toca "Descubrir" en la parte inferior y desplázate hacia abajo hasta la sección de versiones beta para ver si hay alguna disponible.

So, they have announced the beta is available to s25 owners. Well, they don't say it, but not all s25 users. They left one off on the list it has the same hardware as the ultra but it seems to never fail I end up owning the one they don't add to the list. The Galaxy S25 edge is not on the list and I can say for sure it has missed both the 8 and 8.5 Betas .

Carrier locked devices and devices outside of current gen S/+/U models are never initially included in betas.

The beta is also not available for the S25 FE. So it's not all phone models except yours.
