Visual voicemail app not available on unlocked phone

I can't find the visual voicemail app on the samsung store on my s25 ultra. My friend has it on his s24 ultra

Search for Visual Voicemail app in Galaxy Store or Google Play Store

Did you insert SIM and check if Visual Voicemail app is downloaded and installed?
