You know that voicemail is carrier responsibility? Samsung has nothing to do with it if you can't connect to visual voicemail

I set up conditional forwarding with my cell provider to forward unanswered calls to my Google Voice number. Their voicemail system is way better than any provider I've ever used. Google has instructions on how to do it for different carriers, and it's usually free, depending on your phone plan.

Try clearing the cache and storage of the visual voicemail app and that sould fix your issue.

Anyone having issues with the voicemail app? I purchased the S25 Ultra, and every time I try accessing the app, I get an error message saying, "Something went wrong. We're having trouble setting up your service. Try again later. If there's still a problem, contact Customer Service."
