I have a very, very low Samsung 25+ notification sound alert on

my s25+ 512gb which was recently activated after trading in a s25+ 250 gb.
I haven't yet handed in the s25+ 250gb which still functions well. Could this still active phone be adversly affecting the s25+500gb??
Thanks,
Bob

@Trebor44 The previous phone has nothing to do with the notification volume on your new phone.

Try this:

  1. Open phone settings
  2. Click on Sounds and vibration
  3. Click on Volume
  4. Make sure the slider for Notifications is where you want it to be.

Why does it not help?  Is the volume slider all the way up and the notification sounds are still low?  Have you tried changing the sound?  Perhaps the sound you chose is just low in the first place.  "DING!" is going to sound different than "ding". Is the volume of other types of sounds OK?  Are you sure you adjusted the correct slider for the notifications (It's the one with the bell icon)?  There is no reason that having another device active would affect the sound volume on any other device. Volume level on any device depends on 3 things - the quality of the speakers, the type of sound, and the level of the sound sliders.
