Message notification not working when scrolling through IG with sound on.

Anyone noticed that when you scroll through IG with sound on, messages won't ping when they come through for notification. 

It also just happens randomly where all my volume is up, DND is off, etc...and I see my notification for my message come through with no notification sound.

Within that app, do you have sleep mode enabled ? Sounds like it's a setting that is in the app.

No sleep mode on. It just doesn't work
