We have couple of Samsung S25 & Samsung A26 - 5G devices and when we trying to enrol the devices as BYOD in Intune getting the "Can't add the work profile " error. We tried all the possible ways to resolve the issue but still issue is persisting. The affected devices count is increasing day by day.

We have raised a Microsoft support case for same issue and As its a device specific issue Microsoft team asked us to raised a Samsung support case for further troubleshooting.

The samsung devices are not corporate owned devices its user owned devices , can anyone let me know how to raise a ticket with Samsung or if anyone facing the same issue please let me know the resolution if anyone have.

Just FYI, this is a user to user discussion group not a direct connection to Samsung support.

For immediate assistance, one option is to use the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send text. This will open up live troubleshooting.

Another option is to contact Samsung support via https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/

Lastly you can submit a bug report via the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send feedback.
