Galaxy S25Anyway, I take it you are using AT&T as your provider? If so, that could be the issue. I did not use my my provider because I dont have their internet. Except for Hotmail, I used the "other" part and let Email find the incominy/outgoing when I entered in my login credentials for my two primary emails accts I set up and have with my internet provider.
Hotmail was just as seamless. Also, I did not connect Email with any other account except adding my own like in the shot you shared. This is all I did from the start...

Galaxy S25The bug that everyone seems to be having is that "connection" between the two systems. I go to AT&T's page and click on settings I got yahoo stuff.
Changing to a Hotmail or other address for me would be a nightmare.
This all started for me on Feb 17th, the day AFTER my S23 ultra downloaded the latest monthly update for my phone.
AT&T uses a secure email key. When they started with that, i had to reset the password procedure for my account. Once done, it ran prefect and smooth for years. Until this last update which I think, crashed something on that secure email key.
I've been searching since that Monday and there are a LOT of people out there with the same problems that we have here. Samsung is getting hammered along with AT&T and yahoo. So. We keep calling until it gets fixed.
I hope.

Galaxy S25I always had my emails set up through my internet provider. When I transferred all of my settings, accounts and aesthetics, it worked a treat and only needed to re-do my logins in certain apps I use. In any case, I hope y'all get this resolved. It just should not work that way.

Galaxy S25I googled some searching for answers. I found a thread on reddit (never been there before) described the exact situation I had been fighting for a week. Someone posted they'd found a fix for it. I was going crazy so what the heck.
Download an app called "blue sky email". Thought what the heck. So I downloaded it. 3 minutes to set up, connected right into yahoo and AT&T and was up and running. Tested and running now. Everything back to the way it was. So far.
