Galaxy S25I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department š Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Galaxy S25I was reading historical forums where someone suggested that the only fix is to download the debugger studio for Android, and run the script to expunge the corrupted account history which is preventing the Work profile from loading.

Galaxy S25Has anyone tried installing a Microsoft Passkey on the phone to see if that allows you access to the work profile? Of course, that is if your work IT director has provisioned Passkeys. (He or she should). You can download something like Excel on your phone, and then try to log on and choose the option to logon with face, fingerprint or passkey. That overcame my problem.

Galaxy S25I just talked to Samsung Support. He confirmed they are aware and working on a fix within the next week. I made him create a ticket number for me so I can follow without having to search everyday.

Galaxy S25I attempted to set up the Work Profile on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, including manual enrolment, but the process fails consistently. After installing the Company Portal and signing in with my work credentials, I initiate the Work Profile setup, but within a few seconds, I receive the error: "Can't add Work Profile."
To rule out any policy-related restrictions, I accessed the MDM console and verified that there are no enrollment blocks or compliance policies preventing activation.
For further validation, I tested Work Profile deployment on Samsung Galaxy S21FE and the setup completed successfully on all of them. This strongly indicates a device-specific compatibility issue with the S25 Ultra's firmware or Knox configuration.
Has anyone come across this issue, or is there a known workaround?

Galaxy S25I'm having the same issue with adding a work profile to my S 25 Ultra where I had no problems on any previous S series device. I've tried restarting, resetting to the factory setting and starting over, changing every setting I could think of and nothing is working. I contacted Samsung today and the representative concluded that the issue was a hardware problem and referred me to the nearest walk-in service center. When I suggested it appeared to be more like a software issue they suggested I post to the Samsung Community thread.

Galaxy S25I was having the issue from last Friday (01/31) when I got the phone. Tried different things, including with my IT team. All options failed to make it beyond the Create work profile step. However I tried it a little while back and I was able to proceed and the work profile was created and I was able to configure outlook and teams. Looks like the issue may have been resolved by Samsung. BTW, I bought an unlocked version of S25 Ultra
