My s25 ultra does not charge wired anymore. It doesn't recognize the USB C cable, at all. Have tried multiple cables and multiple chargers and they all work on my other phone.

I went to Ubreakifixit, and the USB port was corroded according to the tech repair person. Samsung Care+ team told me $99 to fix it. Because it is physically damaged, it is not covered under warranty. I asked the repair person if humidity could cause the corrosion, and he said yes.

Have you also tried to connect any kind of USB device into the port?

Take a toothpick and clean your port. It gets dirty and a pointy toothpick is a great way to clean tge dirt off the wires in the port.

I used a toothbrush, toothpicks actually can damage it further if anything splits off

I have found a sim card tool to be the perfect cleaning utensils for usb ports, the folded small round wire type, not the triangle shaped handle flat ended type, also with cables that stop charging infound often the usb male port gets Streched to wide to maintain constant contact with the female port, I simply pinch the male portion hard to close its opening and works good as new

I was given this info by a Microsoft tech about 8 years ago. Just light go over it. I have done this on this Samsung device. I slightly dampened a twisted end Q-tip to make it pointy and lightly wiped down tge prongs on my cord and wires. Do check your cord at the neck end on wire side. You might have damaged cord.

Try this. It worked for me somehow. For my S22 that is. At completely drain battery, remove the SIM card.
When I tried to plug the cable, it started to charge again.

I was a big USBC Port plug user because I was tired of cleaning out my port as I have my phone in my pocket all the time. So I invested in a pair of these which has the magnetic attachment always in your USB port so you never have to worry about it getting dirty. If you read the fine print, if you want this for fast data transfer you have to buy the other cable, because this one does not support high speed transfers.Sw6XHz2vGh.jpg0df7o9bvj5.jpg

It's possible the internal connectors got knocked off if it was dropped or bumped hard.

You'll need a technician, but it should still be covered under warranty.
