UPDATE: Super Fast Charging 2.0 Not Working

Update: I am now running the following software version, but I am still unable to get Super Fast Charging 2.0 on my s25 Ultra.

Security patch level: February 1, 2025

Samsung EP-T6530NBEGUS charger connected to S25 Ultra with a 5A Samsung cable only triggers Super Fast Charging, not Super Fast Charging 2.0.

I've seen multiple YouTube videos showing 2.0 on the lock screen. What am I doing wrong?

Samsung sells 2 types of cables.
1st one is the one that comes free in the box with the phone. They are thin and don't support super fast charging (even when using a 45-watt adapter).
2nd type of cable is thicker, which support super fast charging (they come with the charger in the box if you buy one).
I also heard Samsung starts including the thick cable in the s25 series.

S25+ and S25 Ultra now support Super Fast Charging 2.0 using 45W Brick and either 3A or 5A cables

To get true superfast charging you need the 45w block and at least 100w/5amp cable like the op said the ones that come with device are all 3amp which is only capable of 25w chargingvand still says superfast charging

got that anker 45 today and i put 1 of the cables easdmn in it did super fast charger 2.0 it is 5a cable btw

also got that qui2 wireless charge today<-we all know they only do fast charge wireless so i'm using that 45 watt charger wall

the anker will be for travel and the other cord since qui2 charge thing comes with it build in<-i thought had to put used 1 of cable didn't have to

the other i will used 45 watts car charger so when i charge phone will be fast charger 2.0 not just fast charging the magnetic fits great on phone with that poetic gurdian magsafe on it btw

i'm golden glad i did backup and got 45 watts charger anker that anker charger for travel

won't be using that little s25 cable that was in box

I recently saw a YouTube video that said this issue is a known and reported issue to Samsung and the issue is related to a software glitch. I'm having the same issue using a 45w block and a 5A cable and I can only get Super Fast Charging. I dropped the 5A cable and used a 3A cable and got the same results. Used the 5A cable with the 25W block from my A71 5G phone and got the same results. Got to be the software.

I bought the same 65w trio  with official 5Amp cable for s24plus and top port (65w) doesnt do sfc 2.0.
