Trade in question.

I have 2 GS22+ phones, one is damaged and one in perfect condition. Damage is near the glass top right corner but no glass damage. Will this slight chip not meet the full trade in value? ($400) . Has anyone traded in one similar or worst and still got the full trade in value?

I just wouldn't say anything and send it anyway. Im in the same boat with a couple of nicks. They asked if the phone was cracked, it's not, so I'm sending as is.

That damage will affect the trade in value

If the screen needs replacement, it affects trade in. Scratches they can buff out.

Yeah, they're pretty picky about the scratches and damages but take pics of everything!! I'm sure it won't be much they take away.
