Syncing 2 different Google accounts/photos

Remove the account you don't want connected to your phone. Settings/Accounts and backup/Manage accounts. Then click on the account you don't want and choose "Remove account.

Just go into backup settings. It will ask where to back them up. Choose the account you'd like photos to backup to.

Ok, try clearing cache on your phone. Press volume up + side button as it restarts. Choose wipe cache... NOT reset lol. Reboot.
